Bridget C Lewis of Workplace Learning Solutions LLC is a seasoned workplace learning consultant and adult learning facilitator. With more than 25 years of experience in education and training, Ms. Lewis spent most of the last 10 years as a learning & performance consultant in a corporate training environment.

 Her responsibilities included performance consulting to identify and address training needs for corporate and hotel clients; curriculum design for global hotel brands; and delivering training for corporate audiences, hotel management staff, and hotel front-line staff. Programs designed and implemented by Ms. Lewis impacted the performance at more than 1,500 hotel properties around the world, with a total of more than 35,000 employees.

 In 2010 she started Workplace Learning Solutions LLC, a growing workplace learning consultancy. She holds specialized facilitator certifications from Achieve Global and Novations, and has designed a number of training programs in leadership, human resources, customer service, and hotel operations.

For the past two decades Bridget C Lewis has successfully navigated the challenges and opportunities of a multi-cultural, socio-economically diverse international workplace. As a professional educator in Antigua, she helped to educate the minds of West Indian youth. In the mid 1990’s she migrated to the United States immediately embracing a new role as an integral part of the team at Mercer University in Atlanta. After completing her Bachelor’s in Organization Leadership, she seized the opportunity for growth, by joining the team at InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG).

Ms. Lewis is a true professional who takes great pride in her work and ownership of the outcomes of all projects which she leads. She has the ability to manage and maintain multi-faceted project plans and has a proven record in developing and sustaining key relationships.

Joyce brings to her clients over 25 years of training and organization development experience and has a track record of successfully implementing strategies that generate results.
